Brīvdienas pie jūras ir daudzu, jo daudzu britu ģimeņu ikgadējais must do.
Beach holidays are yearly Must Do for many, many British families. Last two summer we also have been one of the crowd which are aiming for holidays at the beach, near the sea. Last year we did go to St Ives, Cornwall and this year we discovered Clacton-on-Sea, Essex . Of course, I love St Ives, I love Cornwall, seems, that it is my type of beach, my type of holiday makers around. Just love, even in the winter (we did go in 2015), but this time with baby Olivers distance and costs have been main reasons to choose something closer and cheaper, but still near the sea. Therefore Essex, therefore Clacton on Sea, which is 3 hours’ drive from us comparing with 6-8 hours on the way to St Ives depending on traffic near Bristol. Anyway, we got what we looked for – the wind, the sun and the smell of the sea, life in campsite, the good days at the beach or near the swimming pool and the grey day at the Pier Theme Park. Absolutely boys and family orientated holidays.
