Zeltītā Latvijas karte/ The Gold Map of Latvia

DSC_4770aTuvojas 4.maijs.

  • izgriezta Latvijas karte
  • spīguļi
  • PVA līme
  • foto rāmis

DSC_4789aThe 4th of May is approaching. It is a day of Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia. 25 years ago (1990) the Supreme Council of the Latvian SSR adopted the Declaration “On the Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia” and renewed the 1922 Constitution of Latvia. Latvia again became a free and independent country.

At our home we are also thinking about Latvia. We are planning our visits to Latvia, speaking about meeting family and friends, in the evenings we are reading Gundegas Sējas book “Kā es ar OPI braucu Latviju lūkoties” / “How me and Granpa went to see Latvia”. Also one Sunday afternoon together with Lauris we made a sparkly/gold picture – a map of Latvia for boy’s room.

Recourses:

  • Map of Latvia template
  • gold glitter
  • PVA glue
  • photo frame
